We all know that Dipawli is the most the most popular Indian festival. This falls during the second half of Karthik Mas (A month in the Indian Calendar).This festival is celebrated as Lord Rama returned back to Ayodhya after his 14 years stay in the forests. Sita was kidnapped by Lanka king Rawan. So lord Rama went to Lanka and killed the Lanka king and Lanka was destroyed. Then King Rama and his queen Sita after 14 years of exile, ending with an across-the-seas war in which the whole of the kingdom. This was treated as a victory of good over evil. These day people are worship Laxmi, goddess of money. Along with laxmi , lord Ganesha and Saraswati are also worshipped.
One day before diwali, people spend time in cleaning and decorating their homes. They buy some new clothes and many new things, like Television, fridge etc. around the house. They are making many sweets. They give to each other many wishes. Children are very happy to celebrates they get blessings their parents. Whatever may be the fables and legends behind the celebrations of Diwali, all people exchange sweets, these day people are praying to god that “they given happy his life.”
